The Role:
- Manage tenant enquiries by phone, email and walk in
- Work alongside a top Property Management Team
- Liaising with landlords & tenants
- Maintain and update the prospective tenant database
- Schedule open for inspection times
- Arrange professional photography for rental listings
- Prepare marketing and advertisements for available rental properties
- Conducting open homes
- Prepare keys
- Sorting applications and reference checks
- Ad hoc administration
The Candidate:
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Maintain a high quality of customer service
- A self starter and office motivator
- Highly organized
- The ability to think outside the square
- A good attitude!
