The Role
- Lease preparation
- Arrears collection
- Rent reviews and outgoings reconciliations
- Inspections ingoing/outgoing/periodic
- Handle repairs & maintenance and renovations/make-goods
- Negotiating new leases/market reviews and options
- Reconciliation of banking
- Creditor/owner payments
- Other property management and accounts-based tasks
This role is suitable for an experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager or someone who is currently undertaking admin on the commercial/retail property side, interested in a career in property management.
- Current certificate of registration
- Reliable motor vehicle and current drivers licence
- Interest in a career in commercial and industrial real estate
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
