The Role
- 1-1 support in place - learn from the best!
- In and out of office duties
- General administration
- Entry, routine and exit inspections and reporting
- Arrears management
- Organising maintenance
- Leasing duties
- Taking general telephone enquiries
- Responding to emails/requests from landlords and tenants
- Preparation of contracts, Leases and new tenancy information
- Database management
- Processing tenancy applications and bond refunds
- Be supported and learn from the best

- Previous experience in Property Management
- A current QLD Certificate of Registration essential
