As the new Junior Property Manager at LJ Hooker Darwin, you will have the opportunity to make your mark on the role within a diverse, people driven culture. Our Property Managers are the single most critical element between our Landlords and Tenants.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Select your primary requirements for the advertisement
Liaising with key stakeholders
Maintaining accurate communication records
Perform market reviews and maintain up to date lease records
Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
Coordinate and facilitate ingoing, routine, and outgoing reports
Maintain up to date maintenance records
Conduct arrears management processes daily
Provide excellent communication to all clients
** Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge
Current Certificate of Registration & or Licence (Or the willingness to obtain)
Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
Be tech savvy
A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain and provide an elite customer experience
Strong administration skills; organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
Work within a team
Fun approach with sense of humour
Enjoys being part of a hard working, fun, high achieving, supportive team
