Role Overview:
As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and tenants. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive leasing property inspections and providing detailed feedback reports to owners.
- Creating captivating video tours of rental listings to attract prospective tenants.
- Providing top-tier customer service, assisting tenants with inspections, tenancy applications, and providing general tenancy guidance.
- Supporting enquiry management and promoting new listings to prospective tenants.
- Assisting with application processing and presenting recommendations to owners.
- Facilitating tenancy sign-up appointments and move-in meetings with tenants.
- Property sign board management.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- You MUST hold a current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate & unrestricted current Queensland Driver's Licence.
- Possess strong customer service skills and have a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively autonomously.
- No “on the job” Real Estate experience necessary.
