The Role
Our Brisbane office is in search of a Business Support Assistant (Reception role), who will be motivated to support the Brisbane region. This will be someone who has a dynamic and confident personality and who is keen to learn, grow and be a supportive member of our team. You will be joining a fast paced, busy team and will enjoy operating with an appropriate level of autonomy reporting to the Business Support Manager

This position in our Brisbane office will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will work with other Business Support staff across other regions and with local staff members from Job Managers to Senior Management. You will need to be able to respectfully deal with a diverse range of people both internally and externally.

Day to day responsibilities include:
  • Answering phones,
  • Greeting clients,
  • Accounts Receivable / banking,
  • Accounts Payable,
  • Credit card reconciliation,
  • Set up of meetings and assisting with events,
  • Stationery ordering,
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional reception area,
  • Other administrative tasks that assist and support the region.
