We are seeking a Junior Office Receptionist/Administrator to join our dedicated and patient focused team.
Role
This role requires shifts at both our Tugun and Southport locations. There may be an opportunity for this role to develop into a higher position. We may also provide professional development for the right candidate.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls and general correspondence.
- Organising patient appointments.
- Supporting the senior reception staff with appropriate tasks.
- Confirming patient appointments including rescheduling of appointments.
- Some administrative duties including data entry, referral maintenance and file maintenance.
- Delivering exceptional caring service to all our patients.
- Supporting our team of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Allied Health and Nursing staff.
- Demonstrated verbal communication and coordination skills.
- Other duties as requested by Clinic Manager

- Well developed verbal and communication skills.
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
