Junior Service Receptionist

We are looking for a motivated Junior Service Receptionist to commence their career journey with us at Ian Boettcher Motors working at our Kia branch.

About this role:

• Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity
• Support our service team and advisors with various tasks 
• Deliver a great customer experience with a high level of professionalism
• Be willing to learn and humble when mistakes are made- we are human after all
• Use your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines
• Be agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly here
• Able to take on constructive feedback and use it to grow
• Answer inbound calls for the Service Department promptly
• Make Service Appointments via phone and email
• Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
• Other administrative duties as required by the Service Manager to support the Parts and Service Department

• A confident phone manner and developed communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Time management skills in order to juggle a busy department
• Ability to work under pressure
• Initiative to help on the front line if the need arises
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Quick thinking & problem-solving skills
