The Role: As a Junior Salesperson with Oracle Agents, you will play a key role in driving sales and enhancing our market presence throughout the Western Australia region. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to connect with clients and manage sales activities without the need to be in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored advice and support throughout the buying and selling process.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement effective sales strategies.
• Utilise our cutting-edge technology and platforms for virtual property showings and client meetings.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Requirements:

• A passion for the real estate industry and a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Basic understanding of customer service practices.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
• Unrestricted Real Estate Certification or willingness to obtain it ASAP, as per WA regulations.
