Are you a passionate and dynamic Occupational Therapist who is looking to gain experience working with a diverse range of clients in a growing and supportive therapy practice in regional WA?
Your new role gives you:
- Permanent full-time role (part-time hours also available)
- Caseload consisting of primarily NDIS funded clients and aged care clients including clinic, community visits, school visits
- Working as part of an occupational therapy team
- Opportunities to travel within the wider Goldfields region including indigenous communities

- Support, mentoring and ongoing training by team of experienced clinicians
Your duties will include:
- Provide occupational therapy assessment and intervention to adult and paediatric caseload to support clients to achieve their goals
- Undertake standardised assessments
- Regularly evaluate progress and outcomes, using relevant measures
- Work as part of a team and independently
- Participate in regular supervision
- Opportunity to develop and facilitate groups
The ideal candidate will have:
- Full AHPRA Registration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Very good computer skills
- Desire to develop your skills as a clinician
- Ability to work with others, and autonomously
- Friendly and approachable attitude
- Interest in working with a variety of clients and environments
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle
Desired
- Prior clinical adult or paediatric experience
- Knowledge and experience of the NDIS
- Relevant Paediatric or Adult OT Placement or experience

Professional Development and Mentoring
We guarantee you'll be working alongside an experienced clinician while you learn the ropes and get more confident. We allow you to develop your skills as you gradually increase your client list.
We have a focus on building clinical skills, knowledge, and confidence. You will have access to regular in-house sessions, online sessions and courses and funding for external professional development. Supervision will be both formal and informal in nature.

Beyond Function was established in 2018 and we are an Occupational Therapy service for adults and children in the Goldfields region. We provide high quality services to a diverse range of clients with various disabilities, medical conditions and developmental needs. We are passionate about being client and family centred and increasing access to therapy intervention for our remote indigenous clients.
We have a team of experienced Occupational Therapists who work closely together, support one another, and share knowledge within the team. This would be a highly supportive environment for an early career therapist, and we are excited to expand our team.
