At Kube Therapy Co. we are passionate about the support we provide to our clients to make a difference in their lives. We value compassion, collaboration and innovative ideas to enhance the well-being of individuals and support them to engage in meaningful activities. We believe in providing a multidimensional approach to care that is founded on respecting everyone as human beings, with their own subjective experience of life and unique needs which we navigate with care and an evidence-based approach. Our team provides support to a diverse range of individuals, each with unique situations and needs. We are proudly a Child Safe environment where children and young people are protected and feel respected, valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. We collaborate closely with other health professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
The Role:Kube Therapy Co. supports a wide client base from children to older adults with diverse needs, varying backgrounds and cultural practices. We know no one can be an expert in every area of practice so we provide opportunities for our Occupational Therapists to specialise their caseloads, encouraging professional development and education to support their interests and strengths. We strive to be innovative in our therapeutic approach, bridging the gap in what is available in the current market; this has led to the addition of 3D printing to our services, enabling us to design custom equipment solutions for clients.
Kube Therapy Co. are committed to supporting OTs at all levels to maintain their passion to support others through occupational therapy. We adopt a unique supervision structure where our Junior OTs share a collaborative case load with Senior OTs. This fosters an environment of supported learning where OTs who are new to the NDIS framework can observe and gradually acquire the skills to effectively implement interventions with their clients.
Employees receive specific training relevant to their role and the needs of their clients they support and will be assigned a mentor for the duration of their probationary period and beyond to provide guidance, support, and feedback. All staff receive regular supervision sessions, scheduled at a frequency that meets their needs.
Kube Therapy Co. is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to an inclusive workplace and strongly encourage applications from diverse candidates. We have both part-time and full-time opportunities available and encourage flexible work hours to suit your needs, and varied work locations.
