About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, Junior School teacher committed to Christian education to join our Junior School Wellbeing Team in 2025 in a Part-time capacity, 3 days per week. The Wellbeing Team (and Hub) is located in our beautiful Junior School Library and the successful candidate will be responsible for helping ensure a safe, supportive welcoming environment for every student, and that the Library operations complement the Wellbeing Team’s overall strategy. About You:
- A personal alignment with and commitment to the Mission and Vision of Nambour Christian College.
- Ability to wholeheartedly demonstrate NCC’s genuine Christian commitment and care for students.
- Competent in communicating effectively with students, families and colleagues.
- Capacity to teach with a high degree of competency as defined under the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
- Hold a current Queensland Teacher Registration or have the ability to obtain.
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate or ability to obtain.
- Have a strong commitment to Christian education and a thorough knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy and their interface with Biblical principles.
