Due to continued growth and planned resourcing needs, our team is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Carpenter who is looking to further their career pathway into a management role in the construction industry to join our successful business.

 
The role:

As an experienced and qualified carpenter, you will work alongside our current senior supervisors to be mentored in overseeing multiple construction projects. The Junior Site Supervisor will learn and be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.

While skills and experience are important, it is also imperative that you can communicate with a range of people, can problem solve and follow systems and enjoy taking responsibility for a job well done.

Experience needed: qualified carpenter, domestic home construction experience, past experience with extensions and previous experience working for yourself or in a team environment.
