About the role
We are working in partnership with a major Australian telecommunications corporation on an opportunity working across the major platforms. Our client is looking for a collaborative team player to join their team as a Junior Software Engineerwith technical skillset expertise in Java, Python and Data.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Designing and implementing software solutions across multiple platforms
- Producing high quality code with excellent test coverage
- Developing build, test and deployment automation
- Identify, resolve, and/or escalate all issues that threaten the successful delivery of assigned initiatives.
- Good time management and ability to successfully juggle multiple projects at the same time
Skills and Experience
- Experience developing and deploying Java and Python applications
- Strong interest in data-related technologies and projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
