About the position
We are looking for a Junior Solar Project Coordinator to join our Engineering Team, based in Adelaide, South Australia. This entry-level role will report directly to the Engineering Team Lead and will be responsible for the following:
- Assist in the management and coordination of commercial Solar Projects from initiation to completion.
- Support the procurement, construction management, and handover processes for commercial projects.
- Submit and track pre-sales and post-sales paperwork, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as project files, preparing reports, and maintaining up-to-date CRM ticket records to support project management and track progress.
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Provide support to the engineering team as needed, contributing to project planning and execution.
Successful applicants must have/can:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Experience in solar and battery or renewable energy industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
- Proactive and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
