- Drafting and producing standard correspondence, data entry, filing and collating.
- Commercial drafting & preparation of legal documents.
- Focus on debt collection & property law.
- Frequent client liaison and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with preparation of correspondence and court documents.
- Electronic file and document management.
- General legal support for the wider team as required.
- 2-4 years experience in a similar environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the commercial sector.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent file management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task with accuracy during busy times.
- Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment and a willingness to learn and apply themselves to allocated tasks.
- The ability to undertake tasks with a demonstrated high attention to detail.
