You will provide dispute resolution, restructuring and insolvency expertise to major banks and financiers, particularly with respect to business and corporate lending, and to insolvency practitioners (corporate administrations and also personal insolvency).You will be given the opportunity to work independently whilst also being supported by an experienced team and mentored by highly successful and engaging partners. To be successful in this role you will need to have demonstrable pre-admission skills in a similar role, including litigation, or come from a generalist litigation background.In return for your passion and hard work, you will be rewarded with genuine career prospects in a team environment that is collaborative and focused on the future success of its team members.
