Our exciting new community legal centre, DRAS Legal, the new legal arm of Disability Rights Advocacy Service, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated junior practitioner to join our team. This is an opportunity for a self-motivated applicant who is willing to embrace the challenges of practicing in an area with clients who are members of our community with lived experience of disability. DRAS Legal will be servicing the disability community from our offices in metro Adelaide, the Riverland and Mount Gambier.
Our practice provides clients with advice on a broad range of legal issues, including, but not limited to, minor criminal, civil, basic family and discrimination issues. As a valued team member, you will be required to engage directly and meaningfully with clients, all of whom identify as having a disability. Applicants looking to start their careers are actively encouraged to apply.
Salary commensurate with skills and experience
We actively encourage applications from graduates who have lived experience of disability and who have a passion for working in the disability sector.
