The Role:
In this role, you will assist with the management and operation of technology platforms. This role will ensure existing systems, infrastructure and end user computing are maintained, available, stable, and secure. The role will also coordinate with external vendors and be involved in projects that relate to the organisations operational environment.
Key Role Accountabilities include but not limited too:
Provide level 1 System support for Outlook, Microsoft Teams
Production of documentation such as user guides, how to reference material and quick reference guides.
Provide project support for the remaining O365 migration
Assist in management, installation, and upgrades as required. Co-ordinate with the department lead and other staff, support vendors and other concerned parties.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in a Similar role
Experience working in a windows environment with multiple domains
Active Directory, Teams and Outlook support
Good Documentation creation experience
