Based in Wynnum / Lytton area.
 
An exciting permanent opportunity has become available to join this fast-growing Engineering Company. Ideally suited to an all-round self-starter.  
 
 A typical day looks like this: 

• Responding to logged tickets for approximately 60-70 users, ensuring networks, systems, and data are active.
• Reviewing logs, health checks, backups etc.
• Technical support for all areas of business applications.
• Supporting O365, Windows Server and Azure AD.
• Various project work such as data migration.

Qualifications required –

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Experience with O365, Azure AD, backup software and Windows Server.
• Knowledge of VMWare, SharePoint, Single Sign On (SSO) and MFA would be an advantage however is not essential. 
• High level of communication skills and literacy, as well as interpersonal skills.

This is a varied role and you will be the single point of contact for this line of the business. There will be a 2-3 month handover and training will be provided. You will have access to escalated support.
