About the role
Reporting to the Key Account Manager - On Premise, you will join us in championing an On-Premise culture focused on delivering exceptional wine-led consumer experiences in venues. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing TWE's National On-Premise strategy for the Victorian Market, aiming to enhance profitability and drive sales growth across our beverage portfolio.
- Achieve revenue and profit targets through collaborative planning with existing customers
- Cultivate enduring customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Expand On-Premise business in diverse venues
- Negotiate business agreements with Key Accounts to enhance profitability and brand equity
- Utilise commercial agreements to optimize product representation during category reviews
About you
We are searching for an FMCG sales professional who has experience in the On-Premise channel and understands the importance of relationships in this space. We're seeking someone with exceptional communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience dealing with a high-touch customer base
- Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and knowledge of social media
- Exceptional time management and change management skills
- Strong understanding and application of business financials
