As a Key Account Manager in our Construction and Demolition team, you'll play a crucial role in managing existing Teir 1/Major customers and driving new business opportunities in and around the South East Queensland region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and fostering strategic relationships.
- Developing and presenting various documentation, including contract documents and commercial offers.
- Utilising your technical skills to analyse information and manage pricing/cost structures effectively.
- Conducting presentations and negotiations to convert prospects into profitable new business.
- Report writing and analysis
We're looking for candidates who are full of enthusiasm and drive, you love getting out and about on the road meeting with your customers and making new connections.
You will also need:
- strong sales experience ideally gained from working with tier 1 customers.
- to enjoy presenting to a varied audience, with experience in managing pricing and cost structures.
- to be technically savvy with proficiency in using various systems and working with data.
- relationship-building skills with the ability to engage personnel at all levels.
- Strong with your communication skills and have the ability to positively influence outcomes.
- A proven track record of converting prospects/quotes into profitable new business.
