Come and discover the opportunity to join our Lysaght business at our Emu Plains branch as a Key Account Manager. As a part of our dynamic, experienced Team you will be responsible for managing the Home Improvement sector across the Sydney Metro region.

As the Account Manager you will focus on providing exceptional customer service to current customers, whilst building a sales strategy to approach the market to develop new opportunities aligned to branch and company goals. You will also be partnering with key stakeholders across production, transport, and customer service. training will be provided to an experienced Account Manager looking to further develop their career.

What Will You Do?

Providing tailored solutions to our customers, you will also be:

  • proactive promotion of Lysaght’s exciting architectural roofing & cladding solutions.
  • identify, develop, and win new customer and market opportunities
  • adding value to customers business through understanding of customers’ objectives, strategies, and goals
  • ensuring customer engagement by providing exceptional service and developing long standing customer relations
  • working with Key Accounts and providing product knowledge across the range of products in a clear, concise, and informational manner

More About You

Along with your ability to understand and uncover customer needs transforming these into improved service offerings, you will bring:

  • proven experience in sales and negotiations
  • excellent communication, planning and implementation skills
  • previous experience using Salesforce or CRM system
  • be comfortable working in a fast past and rewarding environment
