About the Role:
The Key Accounts Advisor is the operational support for our key customers, providing them with a positive experience. This includes providing support to the Key Account Management Team, Business Development Managers and the Customer Service Team. This role may also be involved in WHA projects, training and supporting members of the Customer Service Team and continuous improvement activities from time to time.
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day support to Key Account Management team and key clients.
- Promptly responding to requests within agreed timelines, and monitoring key client reporting.
- Support with monitoring and reporting to assigned key account performance against agreed SLAs.
- Promptly investigating client complaints and taking agreed actions by the Key Account Management Team and relevant managers to resolve.
- Assist the Business Development Managers with onboarding processes and admin support.
- Providing client pricing and packages specific to their needs which may include onsite testing and in clinic assessments.
- Identify and maximise upselling opportunities for existing clients.
- Responding to general enquiries and new business leads and allocating accordingly.
- Supporting large account managed client meetings and relevant networking events and participating where required.
About You:
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining strong effective client relationships, delivering exceptional Customer Service and resolving client issues.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills and sales and commercial acumen is highly desirable.
- Able to interpret client needs, and tailor approach, communication and solutions to suit differing clients and situations.
- Effective influencing, delegation and negotiation skills to resolve client issues/requests, maintain strong relationships with clients whilst adhering to WHA requirements to produce a positive outcome with both key clients and WHA.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), time management, organizational skills and experience managing competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to follow processes and guidelines in a changing results-driven environment.
- Good team player and able work autonomously and navigate ambiguity.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve client centred outcomes.
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail, and able to use Mac, Microsoft Packages such as Excel and google suite.
