To become a teacher with Primary Music Institute you will need:
- Passion for sharing the gift of music with children.
- Playing skills at least equivalent to AMEB Grade 5 on main instrument.
- Teaching experience is desirable, and the ideal candidate must have the ability to teach both keyboard AND guitar
- Long-term and exclusive commitment to this role.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing schedule on short notice.
- Demonstrated reliability (i.e. not missing lessons or late for lessons under any circumstances).
- The ability to relate well to children, parents and school staff.
- A current WWCC
Part-time hours: 5-10 per week
Expected Start Date: Term 2, 2024

Salary: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
