We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Wellbeing Support Officer to join our busy and rewarding team!
About the Role:
The Staff Wellbeing Officer reports to the Director of Staff Wellbeing and supports them to achieve the strategic and operational priorities of their role. The Staff Wellbeing Officer will assist in supporting units to develop their own wellbeing portfolios. They will facilitate the sharing of ideas, materials and resources and contribute to their development. The Staff Wellbeing Officer will manage SALHN-wide staff wellbeing programs and will assist with the preparation of business cases, project plans and other relevant documents, conducting research as required to inform an evidence-based approach.
Please note: This position is multi-classed as either ASO6, RN/M3 or AHP4 and classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.
About you:
- Registered or eligible for registration:
- (ASO6) Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or related field.
- (RN/M3) Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- (AHP4) Appropriate Allied Health Qualification from a recognised tertiary institution, giving eligibility for registration with relevant professional body and/or membership with the relevant professional association.
- Ability to establish networks and work collaboratively and effectively with staff from across all parts of SALHN.
- Experience in a range of complex project and policy development work, ideally in the health care sector.
- Ability to contribute to the achievement of effective outcomes as a member of a team particularly through periods of change.
- Organised and efficient with the handling of data
