An exciting opportunity exists to join Council’s Early Years Services & Inclusion team as a Kindergarten Services Support Officer. This role will be primarily supporting the Kindergarten Central Application Scheme (KCAS) in line with State and Council’s policies.
The key deliverables for the role are:
- Ensuring that all kindergarten applications are processed with a high degree of accuracy, effectively in a timely manner and in accordance with the Kindergarten Central Application Scheme Policy.
- Lodge reactive maintenance requests and inform relevant stakeholders as required
- Provide a high standard of customer service to families, service partners and community in relation to kindergarten and relevant Early Years services within the municipality.
About you
Ideally, you will have qualifications in a relevant discipline or at least 3 years’ experience in a clerical and customer service role.
You will be a team player with excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise work to tight deadlines and have a passion for detail and accuracy.
