ADMINISTRATION & OFFICE SUPPORT
A Glazier is seeking a Full Time Administration assistant to join our small team based in Geelong. This position is available to start immediately. Car parking on site
38 hours full-time.
- Location: Ocean Grove
- Key Responsibilities & duties
- Answer telephone assist clients, trades and staff members with any queries or redirect calls when necessary.
- Liaise with A Glazier customers, staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and the public.
- Assign daily jobs to both A Glazier, glaziers, and subcontractors.
- Enter work orders in Xero, allocate purchase orders to staff or subcontractors, upload to jobs all relevant information, purchase orders, drawings, documents, images, invoices
- Source a Trade database in geographical locations that will offer availability to service our clients in Central and Regional areas
- Must have Australian Citizenship

- Must have a very high proficiency in Xero or equivalent
- Experience working in the insurance/construction industry (very highly regarded
- Ability to send, receive, write emails
