Job Summary:
The Office Hotel located in Sydney CBD is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Kitchen Hand to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our chefs with various tasks such as food preparation, cleaning, and dishwashing.

Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing meats, and mixing ingredients.
- Clean kitchen equipment and surfaces after use.
- Wash dishes, cutlery, pots, pans etc. by hand or using the dishwasher.
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean and tidy at all times.
- Help maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock levels of food items.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
