Form of workHotel Tudor is a family pub and bistro with a friendly country feel situated in Woodberry NSW. We are now seeking casual and part time Kitchen/ wait staff that can work lunch and dinner split shifts including weekends and public holidays. Must be available Thursday Nights and Saturday’s. Previous experience is a preferred but not a must. We are close to public transport a 10-minute walk from the train station.
The Role
Reporting to the Hotel manager duties will include:
- Washing dishes and use of dish washer
- Ensure all kitchens are kept clean and tidy according to current Health & Hygiene regulations.
- Ensure correct handling of chemicals and equipment as per manufacturer’s instructions.
- Taking orders/ customer service
- Running food
- Money handling
Suitable Candidates
- Must be available Thursday Nights and Saturday Lunch shift and Nights.
- No experience needed, only need a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including evenings and weekends/ full availability
- Good communication skills and great ability to work as part of a team
- Valid Australian working rights
