We are looking for a chef who thrive on working in a busy, fast paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service to every customer.
As a chef, you will need to have those responsibilities and duties:
- Cooking order
- Assisting head chef with food order
- Complying with all food health and safety requirements
- Training junior/new staff
- Food preparation
- Receive stocks and manage accordingly
Experienced required:
- Must have Cert IV in commercial cookery
- Minimum 2 -3 years experiences as a chef
- Must be available to work on weekends and rostering staff
- Must be able to manage multiple sections in kitchen in busy environment
- Have a positive attitude and cooperative behaviour
- Passionate in providing high quality of food service
- Ordering stock, controlling stock level and food costs
