A great opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced Sous Chef to showcase their passion and skills with Italian cuisine, and lead a team that will drive each towards creating an environment where the focus is on quality and consistency.
The successful applicant must of course come highly qualified & have experience overseeing a similar style of establishment. Applicant must also be:-
- Minimum 2 years full-time experience in a similar role or senior management kitchen position
- Cert III or higher in Commercial Cooking Qualification
- Able to work well under pressure
- Willing to work with the other chefs as part of a team environment
- Dedicated & take pride in their work
- Appreciate quality & pay close attention to detail
