SalaryRASCAL is on the hunt for a fulltime cook/kitchen staff to join our kitchen team.
If you’re a Chef with experience in kitchen leadership, looking for a fun new alternative to standard restaurant operations but still love the local hospitality scene RASCAL is offering the ideal position for you! We have 2 local stores across Newcastle & Charlestown with a great network of support and training across our expanding brand.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work weekend, nights & public holidays where applicable
Must be self-sufficient and able to meet realistic deadlines autonomously
Able to work positively and calmly to cater to a large customer base
Must have experience Managing a kitchen team including operations outside of service.
