Belles is the lovechild of two fine-dining chefs and one Restaurant Manager who had become hot chicken devotees.
In just nine years, Belles has travelled the world, opened a new locations, hosted a score of parties, perfected our secret sauce and made a lot of good friends along the way. And we’re only just warming up.
What’s involved?
•Being the face and the hands behind our brand
•Prepping quality ingredients in the kitchen with love
•Becoming a whizz at all stations (chips, fryers, sandwiches and running the pass)
•Making sure the kitchen is always sparkling clean
•Working as a team in a fast-paced, fun, restaurant environment!
•Leading the Kitchen Team in service periods to ensure the best quality product is going out.
What we look for:
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- A track record of providing outstanding customer service
- Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
