Applicants must be:
- available to work standard business hours plus nights & weekends
- available to work 38 hours per week with a flexible or fixed roster across a 5 – day working week
- self – motivated & hands on
- experienced in standard kitchen operations
- trustworthy with glowing references
- a great communicator, with charisma & amazing interpersonal skills
- willing to learn & excel… we are all about internal growth – be driven, it is great for you & us!
- experienced in leading & building large teams, with proven past work history
- customer service driven
- passionate about hospitality, food & customer service
Tasks include, but not limited to:
- managing teams on a day-to-day basis
- hiring, training & the development of new team members
- managing & controlling labour costs
- maintaining operational policies & standard operating procedures
- assisting with the management of purchasing costs & stock levels
- rostering & timekeeping
- working closely & reporting directly to your area manager & company senior management
