- Completing a separate week day trip monthly planner for the North and South regions, no later than two weeks prior to the start of every month
- Assisting Group Activity Managers with the Kites Program and Shopper Bus Service quarterly planning in collaboration with Kites CSWs , to be completed a month before the start of each quarter
- Risk assessing current venues/destinations used in the Kites Program and Shopper Bus Service to ensure ongoing suitability and safety for Amana Living clients
- Researching and risk assessing new suitable and safe venues/destinations, ensuring there is a wide variety of choice
- Booking lunch venues for the planned day trips in advance
- Accompanying Kites and Shopper Bus Workers with their client groups occasionally to obtain client face to face feedback as well as monitor occupational health and safety throughout the day
- Completing day trip surveys with clients to collect feedback and ideas of day trip destinations then ensuring these ideas are assessed and used in the Kites Program planning
- Collaborating with Group Activity Managers calendars when planning off site risk assessments to ensure an Amana Living fleet vehicle is available to use
- Liaising with Kites Workers regularly and attending their staff meetings on occasion to ensure their ongoing involvement with the Kites Program planning
- Maintaining current and building new stakeholder contacts
- Ensuring the day trip destination spreadsheet displays correct and up to date information
- Posting flyers and assisting the Group Activity Managers with growing the Kites Program and Shopper Bus Service, as needed
- Providing relief support when Group Activities Manager is on leave
- Preparing CHSP Welcome Packs and Home Care Files as required.

- Previous experience working with people within the aged care industry (desirable)
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
- Valid 'C Class' driver's licence
- Evidence of COVID-19 and current 2024 Flu vaccinations
