As our Knowledge and Content Officer, you will take the lead on the creation and maintenance of articles for our internal and public knowledge bases. This role involves researching, crafting, and updating content that simplifies complex information for various audiences. Collaborate with diverse teams to gather insights and ensure our knowledge resources are accurate, accessible, and engaging. Your work will empower our internal teams to address customer queries effectively and provide the public with straightforward, valuable information.

About the Role

Working independently while building strong relationships with various departments, you'll ensure our knowledge resources are accurate, user-friendly, and tailored to diverse audiences.
About the Successful Candidate
You are a skilled communicator with a talent for transforming complex information into clear, concise content. With a background in Information Management, Communications, or a related field, you bring experience in content creation and management. Your proactive, self-motivated approach and strong interpersonal skills enable you to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams, gathering accurate information and addressing content gaps.
Attention to detail is one of your strengths, ensuring all content meets high standards of clarity and accuracy. You have experience with knowledge management tools and thrive on enhancing the usability of knowledge bases. Resilient and adaptable, you excel in dynamic environments, leveraging your problem-solving skills and commitment to customer service.
