What you’ll do?Equifax A/NZ is on a transformation journey where we will combine a configurable data fabric with a multi cloud strategy, to deliver streamlined access to our data via standardised API’s, and an unmatched level of security.The Knowledge Management Consultant will work across cross functional teams to review and develop work instructions, process maps, standard operating procedures, FAQ’s and other knowledge artifacts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, simplicity and user objectives are achieved.
