- Performing change analysis, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and gap analysis, to ensure thorough planning of change initiatives.
- Leading or contribute to the formulation of a change management strategy and approach, informed by the completed change analysis.
- Identifying and addressing potential people-related risks and areas of resistance, devising specific plans to mitigate concerns.
- Developing actionable and focused change management plans, such as change leadership, communication, and education/training plans.
- Demonstrated change management experience within a complex/large corporate environment.
- Extensive experience in overseeing large-scale and intricate change programs and projects within an enterprise setting.
- Experience with managing technology/system implementation projects is essential.
- Certification or demonstrated competency in application of at least one formal change methodology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
- Collaborative working style and ability to build trust with key stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
