Masuya Japanese Restaurant Group has been operatig several Japanese restaurants in Sydney CBD for around 30 years.
Currently we are operating 5 restaurants and planning to expand more.
Our brand is Masuya Restaurant (Fine-dining restaurant), Izakaya Masuya&Izakaya Michi(Casual Japanese style bar ), and Miso restaurant(Casual family dining).
As we are planning to open some new shops, we are looking for chefs who would like to join our crew.
Our motto is to provide authentic Japanese food with carefully selected local & Japanese ingredients. In addition to that, our cooking and operation method are stractured by our skillful chef who has more than 20 years of experiences as a chef.
At the moment, we are looking for experienced chef who has at least 5 years of experience in Japanese cuisine however, if you are wanting to learn Japanese knife skills, and cooking skills, we are more tham happy to provide you training.
(Position summary)
- Chef ( we will assign you in one or multiple section among Sushi&Sashimi, Grill, Deep Fry,)
- Salary; $70,000/y-$100,000/y *Negotiable
- Working hours ; Shift work with 2 days off per week (Monday-Saturday 9:30am-3:00pm & 4:30pm010:00pm)

(Requirement)
- Experience in Japanese cuisine at least for 5 years
- Can work at least for a year with eligible Visa
- Able to communicate in English
