Position: Experienced Corporate Accountant (Korean Speaking)
Permanent, Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and completion of financial statements and reports
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Preparation and lodgments of BAS, IAS and Payroll tax
- Ensuring accurate and compliant accounting records and documentation are maintained
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders as required
- Processing month-end journals and Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Collaboration with external service providers for tax reporting and compliance
- Collection and providing the necessary financial documentation to our service providers
- Addressing and resolving any queries from our external service providers
Essential Requirements:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Bilingual: Korean (Native), English (Proficient)
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in an accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
