Supporting the provision of advice to our Indigenous sector clients across a range of industries.
Supporting the provision of reconciliation, Indigenous rights, Closing the Gap, and sustainability services to private, corporate and government clients
Working with the broader national team to analyse, workshop and generate insights and recommendations.
Supporting business development activities such as opportunity identification, qualification, planning, and more
Supporting the development of our service offerings across multiple sectors to support aspirations of Indigenous organisations
Developing your own skills, capabilities and knowledge to become one of the future Indigenous leaders at KPMG

Identifies as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person
Understanding of Indigenous cultures, protocols, and issues, with experience working collaboratively with Aboriginal communities.
Relevant experience in stakeholder management, community engagement, or a related role.
Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to ambiguous problems
Structured problem solving with capability to canvas the path to a part of a solution
Strong communication skills, especially written
Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
