Team Leader to join the team in our production line. Reporting to the supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and encouragement, while ensuring that a high level of food safety and product quality are met. You will actively promote safe work practices and ensure a safe work environment is maintained by all members of your team.Available Shift Pattern:
- Production Team Leader – Monday (1:00am – 12:30pm), Tuesday (5:00am – 3:00pm), Friday (10:30pm – 8:30am), Sunday (3:30am – 1:30pm).
About You:- Previous experience within a similar role within an FMCG company.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.
- Good communication, literacy, and numerical skills with ability to confidently liaise with management and employees.
- Knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be result orientated without compromising Safety or Quality.
- Flexible working hours required.
- Basic computer skills as data entry will be required.
