Kronos/ UKG Test Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a Kronos/UKG Test Analyst to join our client, for the replacement of their Workforce Management System. As a Test Analyst, you will work under the guidance of the Test Lead/Manager to ensure the successful planning, execution, and documentation of testing activities.
- 6-Month Daily Rate Contract.
- Immediate Start.
- Melbourne CBD.
- Hyrbid Role. 3 days in the office & 2 days from home.
- UKG (Ultimate KRONOS Group) testing experience is a must.
Role Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the test lead and team members to plan, write, and execute test cases.
• Creating and maintaining defects in the designated test tool to a high standard.
• Reviewing acceptance criteria and developing traceability to test cases.
• Participating in test execution for releases and updating progress reporting.
• Contributing to test estimations, reporting, and resource planning activities.
• Writing high-quality test cases, including automation, for effective reuse by others.
• Participating in post-deployment verification testing.
• Maintaining effective relationships with test team members and stakeholders.
• Utilising existing methods and tools as directed.
• Updating documentation of methods and tools as directed.
• Managing communications, raising risks, and planning mitigation in the absence of the Test Lead.
• Collaborating with business representatives in UAT as required.

Skills Required

• Experience in testing, particularly in the realm of Workforce Management Systems.
• Experience with UKG (Ultimate KRONOS Group).
• Proficiency in Time and Attendance testing.
• Experience with Awards and EBAs testing.
• Knowledge of Scheduling/Rostering testing.
• Understanding of Strategic Workforce Planning testing.
• Familiarity with Payroll testing.
