- 1-2 years of Service Desk experience in an Enterprise working environment
- Knowledge of, or competency in, PC, laptop, printer & hardware repair and maintenance
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a willingness to resolve issues
- A passion for IT and providing excellent customer service
An L1 Field Services Technician is required by a next-generation global technology company who are looking for the ideal candidate to join them as a full-time employee in their client’s Kwinana, Perth office.
In this role, the successful candidate will be providing first line Field Services support to Enterprise users of MS Windows and Mac Operating Systems and hardware, assist with building and deployment of new desktop/laptop hardware, support mobile devices and manage tickets using the company’s chosen ITSM tool.
General Requirements:
- Available for a Full-Time position and eligible to work in Australia
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in an Enterprise environment
- Familiar with and capable of supporting both Windows and Mac OS
- A passion for IT and providing excellent customer service
- Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a willingness to resolve issues
- Ability to work to deadlines and complete tasks on time
- Team player but also able to work well autonomously
- Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 20kg
