What you'll do:
* Provide high-level technical support in a complex environment
* Utilise PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks
* Manage user account security across both on-premises AD and AAD
* Develop and deploy Intune images, applications, profiles, autopilot, MDM profiles, compliance policies, patch management policies
* Coach and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 support staff & escalations
* Advise sales and team leads on options and technical solutions
* Manage server infrastructure and virtualisation
* Configure firewalls and VPNs
* Implement SOE best practices via Intune or Group Policy
* Provision and implement ADFS solutions
What you'll bring:
* Strong understanding of basic networking principles
* Proficiency in PowerShell automation and scripting
* Experience with user account security (both on prem AD and AAD)
* Knowledge of Intune - both developing and deploying Intune images, applications, profiles, autopilot, MDM profiles, compliance policies, patch management policies
* Ability to coach and mentor L1's and L2's
* Sound understanding of windows defender deployment and policies (both endpoint and server)
* Experience in configuring firewalls and VPN's
* Knowledge of server infrastructure and virtualisation
* Minimum 5 years using hypervisor technology including ESXi and HyperV
* Understanding domain controller concepts
