Form of work About the role Based at our Revesby site, the Laboratory and Systems Coordinator will be responsible for supporting product quality assurance, compliance and accreditation and ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved regarding quality, reliability and delivery. This role supports a culture of ongoing improvement by challenging the status quo, ensuring safety and quality compliance through communication, action, and accountability and by providing quality leadership including production and distribution of quality products, continuous improvement initiatives and all regulatory and legal requirements Your responsibilities will include: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for sites to ensure ongoing conformance to standards Ensure testing is effectively managed, prioritised and completed within set timeframes Report and communicate on product test results Coordinate and conduct internal audits Support and coach the Lab Team in terms of best practice, day to day testing and conformance Provide assistance in product dispute process and escalate issues/improvement ideas where required Manage (where applicable) and support the external audit process (ISO9001,…
