Eurofins Environment Testing Australia New Zealand is an Environmental testing network of fully accredited laboratories. With a staff of over 200 our laboratories are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Auckland and Christchurch, with Client Service Offices located in Adelaide, Darwin, Newcastle and Wollongong. We also operate field sampling services out of Melbourne and Sydney. We specialise in all areas of Environmental analysis, including Contaminated Soil, Sludge, Sediments, Leachate, Soil Vapour, Trade Waste Effluents, Sewage Effluents, Stack Emissions, Work Place Air, Ambient Air, Dust, Drinking Water, Surface Water run off, River & Stream Monitoring, Seawater, and Groundwater.
Job Description
- Full Time permanent position
- Location: Dandenong South
- $25 hourly rate plus 12% superannuation
- Liaising with clients in the form of phone, email and client visits
- Providing assistance to clients in regards to responding to queries, e.g., coordinating consumables orders and sample receipt
- Meeting client expectations in regards to service, TAT, and quality
- Organising report work lists to ensure reporting to clients in a timely manner, including following up on result progress with lab staff and with subcontract labs where needed
- Checking over report results and organising result confirmations required with lab if any results look amiss
- Generation, review, editing where needed, and issuing of reports and invoices
- Logging client and internal queries in AEML-DOC-8-CL/QS1020 Client Queries - Complaints register
- Assist with sample receipt, sample registration, and/or checking of sample registration data to ensure it is accurate
- Bachelors degree in Science
- Knowledge of standard office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle time and client pressures

- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Highly motivated with a professional attitude.
