- A well-known food manufacturer in the South-Eastern suburbs.
- Permanent full-time opportunity
- Monday to Friday with standard working hours (8am - 4:30pm)
- Sample collection and preparation
- Testing of samples and releasing results
- Routine Microbiology and Chem testing of products
- Report writing
- Environmental monitoring
- General housekeeping duties
- Bachelor of Science in Food, Microbiology, or closely related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a Microbiology laboratory, preferably from the food industry.
- Understanding of GMP and GLP
- Experience with VIDAS is beneficial
- Team player and a CAN-DO attitude.
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasker and great organizational skills
