Job DescriptionSGS is seeking a Laboratory
Shift Supervisor for the team in the Laboratory in Kalgoorlie.Responsibilities include, however, not limited to:
- Address any issues of safety, quality or HR non-compliance
- Organise work priorities to meet client's requirements.
- Supervise laboratory personnel with respect to safety, quality and production.
- Data review and issue completed reports.
- Train staff to maintain and improve their knowledge to be able to contribute towards progression of the laboratory.
QualificationsThe Ideal Candidate will have the following:- Experience in laboratory work and chemical knowledge
- Experience in sample preparation
- Experience in ICP and gold assay techniques
- Understanding OH&S principle
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Technical and professional knowledge
